Absolute professionals. The insurance company gave me a time estimate of 45 minutes, they were there in less. The driver, Einar, was careful with my vehicle, personable, and offered me a ride to the body shop, even though the drive was all the way from Annandale to Woodbridge. Turns out, he's a pretty great guy to boot. Not that I get into a lot of accidents, but I'll be keeping the contact information for the future. Best towing experience I've had in the DMV.
